To Cover the Smell

The fantastic smell on the north west corner of Madison Park has me convinced it's an after hours poop hotspot for the homeless. There's a guy who uses a free periodical dispenser on the corner of 25th and 5th as his refrigerator, so why not use the park as a toilet.

That's why the blossoming of these flowers is such a blessing (no idea what they are). Not only do they do cover the wafting doody smells, but they also mask the dirty person and human pee smells on the north side of the park.
