This picture was taken this year; in fact last week, after a Rangers game. Which explains all the denim. So much denim. The goatee and feathered hair are most impressive. I had a version of that haircut in 1982 and I looked I was either going to sell you pot or make you a pizza. Seeing this guy and his gay lover, is like looking into the past, a living excavation. I imagine a town of denim clad citizens, driving Camaros, drinking Chablis and watching  All The Right Moves, over and over again. I think it's a rare treat. Like a Roman gladiator or Viking walking in our midst, buying a metrocard, waiting for the A train. 

Someone thought, "what if we took a western-style tassel jacket and made it into a shoe?' "What if it had a snakeskin heel?" Finally they thought, "let's make it blue!" Then they threw it all together in some hell hole shoe factory so this girl could buy it. At the shitty shoe store, she held it in her hand. She looked at it from different angles. She debated, maybe she saved for it. Then she pulled the ugly trigger. The shit girls put on their feet. You can barely see it, but there's something metal on this fucking shoe. I can't figure out what the fuck it is. It might be camera battery or microphone.
